  • Add to shopping cart
    Once you have decided on a product, press the "Add to Cart" button and proceed to the order process.
    Please select the art size from the dropdown.
    If you would like to continue shopping, please let us know the "Continue Shopping" button.

    ・About Pre Order (reservation products)
    If the item is out of stock, we will accept your order by making a reservation. Depending on the product and stock status, it may take approximately 2 months for delivery.
    Once the product is in stock, we will contact you via email and then ship it.
    If a single order contains a mix of in-stock items and pre-order items, the pre-order items will be shipped together as soon as they become available. If you need an item that is in stock first, we recommend that you place two orders. (Please note that shipping charges will apply for each item.)

  • Process the order
    Please select your delivery address, delivery method, and payment method.
    If you are a registered member and logged in, your registered customer information will be displayed, so please check it before proceeding with your order.

    *You can order without registering as a member. A confirmation screen will appear at the end, so make sure there are no mistakes and finalize your order.

  • Arrival of order confirmation email
    After placing your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered.
    If you do not receive an email after [the next business day], please contact us.

    *If you use the "spam mail prevention function" or "designated reception settings" on your smartphone or mobile phone, you may not receive the email.
    The domain of emails sent from our store is "@sarahcaudleart.jp", so please set permission to receive emails.

About membership registration

Membership registration is accepted here.
You can also register as a member by adding it to your customer information and setting a password when shopping.

Payment method

You can use various credit cards, Amazon Pay, bank transfer, and cash on delivery. You can also pay in the local currency of most countries.

・Credit card payment
Acceptable cards are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB.

・Amazon pay
After clicking the "Pay with Amazon Account" button on the shopping cart screen, log in with your Amazon account. You can use the payment information registered in your Amazon account, so there is no need to enter credit card information.

・Cash on delivery
Please pay in exchange for the product upon delivery.
The cash on delivery fee varies depending on the purchase amount.

*Cash on delivery fees will be borne by you.

*Cash on delivery is only accepted for deliveries within Japan.

・Bank Transfer
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, we will pick up the item within 5 business days after the payment is confirmed.

Regarding delivery

When shipping within Japan, we use Yamato Transport.
You can specify the arrival date from 7 business days onwards. (Excluding year-end and New Year holidays) However, in the case of pre-orders, the shipping time will vary depending on the product, so we will notify you by email.
You can select the time from "Morning", "14:00-16:00", "16:00-18:00", "18:00-20:00", "19-21:00".
*Please note that items under ¥6,500 will be delivered via Nekoposu, so you cannot specify the date and time.

  • About product delivery status

    You can check the product delivery status in real time using Kuroneko Yamato's package inquiry system below. To check, please click on the "Tracking Number" included in the delivery completion email sent after the item has been shipped. We will link to Kuroneko Yamato's luggage inquiry system.

  • Delivery days

    In the case of credit card, Amazon Pay, or cash on delivery, the item will be shipped within 7 business days after the payment is completed. In addition, in the case of bank transfer, the item will be shipped within 7 business days after the payment is confirmed. If the product you want is out of stock, we will contact you to that effect and either cancel your order or place it on backorder.

  • Specify delivery date and time
    If you have a desired delivery date or time, you can select it. Please note that it is not possible to specify the date and time for delivery via Nekoposu (postbox).

Orders from overseas will be shipped using a carrier suitable for the country, such as EMS or FedEx. For in-stock products, we will ship within 7 business days after payment is completed, but please note that it may take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive depending on the country of delivery.

Once the shipment has been completed, we will send you a tracking number, so please check it from the shipping company's tracking URL. Please note that taxes and customs duties vary depending on the country of delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

However, in the case of pre-orders, the shipping time will vary depending on the product, so we will notify you by email.

Packaged in protective shipping materials to prevent damage during shipping. Also, please contact us if your item is lost or damaged. Once we have decided how to deal with the shipping company, we will replace, repair, or refund the product.

When your ordered product arrives, please be sure to check that there are no scratches or defects on the product and that there are no errors in your order. If the item is defective or the wrong item, we will pay the return shipping fee. Please return the item by paying the shipping fee. Please contact us using the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • If there is a defect in the product
    We apologize for the inconvenience, but please email us at info@sarahcaudleart.jp or Inquiry form Please describe the defective part. It will go more smoothly if you attach as many photos as possible.
    We will promptly arrange a replacement or return.
    If it is a non-business day (weekdays after 6:00 pm, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays), we will contact you by email on the next business day.

    ・Depending on the customer's convenience
    As a general rule, we do not accept order cancellations or product returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
    Please note that we cannot accept returns due to image differences or returns after the product has been used.
    Even if you have no choice but to accept a return, it is limited to unopened and unused items, and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

We currently do not offer individual wrapping, but if you have any requests, please write them in the notes section. We will do our best to wrap it as beautifully as possible. In addition, the resin art comes in a special box.
