There are no fees to bid, but all bids are binding—you agree to pay if you win.

How to Bid

 

Slide the bid bar all the way to the right to place a bid at the suggested amount.

 

Bids are placed instantly, and the next bid amount follows these increments:

$300–$999: +$50

$1000–$1999: +$100

$2000+: +$200

 

You can also set a maximum bid, and the system will automatically bid for you up to that amount.

 

 

Auction Timing

 

If a bid is placed near the end of an auction, the end time will extend by 1 minute to prevent last-second bidding (sniping).


 

If You Win

 

The highest bidder is automatically notified by email with a checkout link to complete the purchase on sarahcaudleart.com.

 

All transactions are secure.

 

Payment must be completed within 24 hours.

 

Failure to complete payment within 24 hours may result in being banned from the store.


 

Bidding & Notifications

 

Bids appear in real time on the product page, showing the current highest bid and a masked bidder name (e.g., Chr****) for privacy.

 

You’ll receive alerts if you’re outbid, daily summaries when there’s activity, and reminders when auctions you’ve bid on are ending (1 hour and 20 minutes before close).

 

Watchlist users receive the same daily summaries and 1-hour and 20-minute reminders.
