Resin art uses high-precision epoxy resin. Epoxy resin hardens due to the chemical reaction that occurs when it is mixed, but during this process, small air bubbles may pop and cause cavities on the surface. In addition, small accidents that occur during the process of pouring the resin may cause distinctive features in the art, such as paint or glitter scattering or lumps, or small fibers getting mixed in or adhering to the surface. The difference is the unique personality and texture of this resin art, as well as the way to enjoy it. We hope you enjoy each of these works, which are faithful reproductions of the original drawings inspired by Sarah. In addition, as a general characteristic of epoxy resin, there is some yellowing due to aging. Please note.
Also, please note that depending on your device and viewing environment, the color and texture of the photo may look slightly different from the actual product.

Resin art is a licensed product that has been officially reproduced under Sarah's direction using high-quality original photographs and resin. Reproductions of limited edition and open edition resin art will be delivered with a certificate of authenticity and guarantee that we have reproduced them responsibly and under the authority of Sarah Caudle. In addition, the serial number is clearly written on the limited edition resin print.

Resin art has a very delicate structure. This is a delicate piece, so please be careful not to apply strong force or pull it. Also, when displaying it on a wall or placing it on a wall, be sure to securely secure it to prevent it from falling. If you have small children, the elderly, or pets in your home, please be careful to avoid injury from falling or accidental ingestion of pieces. If you are injured, please seek medical advice.

■About resin art made of acrylic material. The dripping of the resin at the edge of the back side has been smoothed out with a file, etc., but please be careful not to cause any injury when handling it when displaying or cleaning. Please be very careful.

The texture of resin art may change over the years due to UV rays. In order to maintain its shine and prevent yellowing, we recommend displaying it in a place that is not exposed to direct sunlight. In addition, although we use highly durable resin, it may yellow or deteriorate when exposed to LEDs or light bulbs. The secret to making your art look beautiful is to avoid places that are hot and humid, and to place it in a brightly lit place as much as possible, so please try it.

Gently wipe the surface about once a week using a soft, lint-free, dry cloth, or a soft cloth specifically designed for polishing jewelry and precious metals. You can also wear cotton gloves for moisturizing care sold at pharmacies and wipe the skin directly with the gloves. This is the recommended method as it does not cause any damage and does not leave new fingerprints.

If there is dirt or fingerprints on the resin surface, we recommend cleaning it using a commercially available glass cleaner. First, prepare a cleaner, a soft cloth, a heating gun, or a hair dryer. If you don't have a cleaner, follow the same steps. With the art fixed so that it does not move (please place a towel on the table to prevent the art from slipping), bring his hair dryer 4 to 5 cm from the surface of the art and set it at 100℃ to 140℃. Apply hot air at ℃. Buff with a soft cloth sprayed with a coat or two of cleaner while blowing hot air. It may seem like a long time, but apply heat to each spot for about 5 seconds while polishing, and gradually shift the position to polish fingerprints, matte areas, and the entire surface of the art. It won't melt or get damaged even with hot air, so don't worry. We recommend moisturizing gloves as well as for regular care. Even if you don't polish it, simply blowing hot air on it will remove the cloudy feeling on the surface and restore the luster, so please give it a try.

If you have any problems or concerns after receiving your art, please contact us by email or phone after taking the photo. We will accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. However, each resin art has its own unique characteristics, such as the scattering of paint and glitter, the way the resin drips, and the way air bubbles are created, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these reasons. Thank you for your understanding. We hope that you will enjoy the unique character and texture of handmade items. In addition, if the corner of the item is chipped due to a fall after 7 days from purchase, we can repair it. We will charge shipping charges and repair fees depending on the damage, but please feel free to contact us by email or phone first. Please note that we cannot repair, return, or exchange items due to yellowing or deterioration.
